The company was founded in 1998 by Giorgio Michele's passion for the land and its products. In 2001 he began planting vineyards, completed in
2008, to form the two total hectares that are present today. The red grapes are Sangiovese, Merlot, Ciliegiolo that can produce the Chianti
DOCG and IGT Toscana Rosato, while the white grapes Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Chianti and Chardonnay, which can produce
Vin Santo del Chianti DOC and Toscana Bianco IGT.

Are cultivated olive trees cultivars the Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, from which we get the extra virgin olive oil cold pressed and bottled without
filtration to keep alive all the organoleptic qualities of the oil. In addition, some seasonal vegetables are cultivated, preferring the old varieties
used by the Sienese.
The whole company is managed according to organic farming methods, as we believe that the respect for the man should
start by respecting the environment, to allow everyone to be able to grow and improve.
